Delivery
Where do you deliver to?
We use Royal Mail to deliver across the UK excluding the Channel Islands!
How much is delivery?
If your order is over £35 - it's free! For orders under £35, you can choose from standard delivery for £3.40 or special delivery for £5.
How long will it take to get here?
We aim to dispatch our salty stuff to you within 48 hours. Delivery times will depend on the service you've chosen - 3 - 5 days for standard shipping or 1 - 2 days for First Class.
Can I make changes to my order?
Sure! Just email us within 24 hours with any changes. Please note if your order has already been dispatched and you would like to cancel, you will be required to cover the cost of returning the item to us.
My order arrived later than expected
While we make every effort to ensure parcels are dispatched from our workshop on time, couriers can sometimes experience delays and we can't guarantee a specific delivery date. If your order is for a special occasion, we would always recommend selecting First Class delivery at the checkout to make sure it gets to you pronto!

The Goods
Are your products suitable for vegans?
Absolutely! We don't use any animal products in our salts.
Are your products cruelty free?
We're proud to be 100% cruelty free and always against animal testing. We don't sell to China (where testing is still legally required) and we aren't owned by a big parent company that tests. All our ingredients are ethically sourced and aren't tested either.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are full of natural goodness, so there are no harsh chemicals - but if you have particularly sensitive skin, we always recommend doing a patch test first!
Are your products suitable for use during pregnancy?
Our products contain essential oils, some of which are considered unsafe to use during pregnancy. We are NOT medical professionals, no matter how many times we re-watch Grey's Anatomy, so we always recommend that you ask your midwife before using any of our products.
What's in your products?
We're all natural, baby! We only use quality essential oils, botanicals and salts in our products.
What kind of shelf life does this salty stuff have?
You've got a whole year! All our products are safe to use within 12 months of opening.
Please note - because our products are made from natural ingredients without preservatives, product scents and colours can change over time - but as long as they're used within 12 months, they'll still do your skin a world of good!
How should I store my Salt + Steam goodies?
Keep them in a cool, dark place with the lid firmly on to get the best out of them!
